Backbay Advisors Private Limited (“Backbay”) began as a partnership of professionals who have demonstrated financial services leadership and experience in almost all aspects of investment banking, restructuring and investment management.

We have hand held and advised clients through the entire lifecycle of investment — investment, capital raising, acquisition, integration, optimization, restructuring, growth, and exit. This enables Backbay to bring an backbay approach and hands-on experience on the assignments and transactions we work on.
