Associates
A unique platform that provides management graduates an opportunity to get exposure to some of India’s largest M&A transactions and complex strategic situations, while working directly with senior bankers on formulating solutions for large corporates. The role demands sharp analytical skills, the ability to understand industries and company strategy, and
The profile involves hands-on learning through work on live transactions and exposure to interactions with CXO level management at the client organization. Backbay Advisors has been involved in some of the largest M&A transactions in the country and the Associate is involved in all the aspects of the transaction.

Analysts
A
We look for bright, young individuals with high intellectual curiosity, attitude to learn, affinity to numbers and keenness to excel in and pursue a career in the finance sector. Candidates are not expected to have undertaken detailed financial courses. However, they need to have a basic familiarity with the analysis of financial statements and key ratios, most importantly complemented by a passion for growth in finance. The programme offers tremendous exposure and a unique opportunity to work directly with senior bankers and get a wholesome view of an M&A transaction across all its stages.
