Deepak has over 23 years of experience in the financial services, investing, fund/asset management. Prior to Backbay, Deepak was the ClO of a multi-billion dollar family office based in Singapore where his responsibilities included identifying investment opportunities and executing them. With strong execution mindset, he is a strategic thinker with the rare ability of looking at the big picture without missing out the granular detailing. During his tenure, Deepak has been responsible for building many successful ventures in various geographies including India, Kazakhstan , Netherlands , Sti Lanka, Myanmar and China. The investment philosophy included equity, high yield and structured in matured as well as early stage growth companies.
