As a Corporate Advisory professional, Munesh specialises in providing Strategic Advice to corporates, businesses, owners and seniors managers for enhancing the value of their businesses through initiatives such as, raising resources from Capital Markets and Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, divestitures and corporate restructuring. Until recently, Munesh was the Corporate Finance & Business Restructuring Leader at PwC, and prior to that Munesh held senior positions as Partner of Halcyon Resources & Capital Management Private Limited, Head of NM Rothschild India, Merrill Lynch India and Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance.
