Ashok specialises in M & A, Leverage and Structured Finance, Equity & Debt Capital Markets, Privatizations and Corporate Restructuring. Until recently, Ashok has been the Partner and Head-Mergers & Acquisitions – KPMG India, and prior to that Managing Director and Head-Investment Banking at UBS, Lehman Brothers and HSBC.
